2018 RETAIL & ART VENDOR ONLINE CONTRACT AND APPLICATION

Artist Rules/Show Policies

  • Electric heaters can cause power outages during the event. Please do not be the reason everyone loses power. Any electric heaters found will be removed immediately. Personal PROPANE space heaters will be allowed. If you are using a propane heater, then you must carry a fire extinguisher.

  • No music to be played in booth space without being juried and/or prior approval. No food or drinks to be sold or distributed by any other than designated food vendors. No “SALE” or “DISCOUNT” signs permitted.

  • ALL exhibitors are responsible for paying the Nevada sales tax of 8.25% on gross sales and turning in the issued ONE TIME SALES TAX RETURN FORMS at the close of the show regardless of sales. Failure to do so will result in artist not being invited back. It is the artist’s responsibility to turn in the forms and cash/checks to the arts event manager.

  • Tear-down will not begin until 11pm on Friday unless otherwise authorized by the event coordinator. Artist vehicles are NOT to be relocated for loading until Event Manager gives the all-clear. Striking before the show formally ends is a safety hazard, disrespectful to other artists still doing business and discouraging to continued sales. (Parking is not provided.) Artists that do not comply will be asked to move their vehicles and/or not be accepted in future events. Handicap requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Original artist / exhibitor must attend their booth and be present during the entire show. A photo ID may be required for proof of identity.

  • Artists may be asked to sign a “hold harmless” document when they check into show.

No refunds. There are no refunds for inclement weather or for non-compliance with event rules.

Any artists that do not comply with these rules will be asked to leave the event and may not be allowed to participate in future events.
